How to Become a Member
The co-op is not accepting new applications at this time for any of the unit sizes.
When the application process is opened again, new applicants can collect an “Application for Membership” form from the co-op office and submit the completed form with the required (non-refundable) application fee.
For applications already received, applicants are contacted and given a date for the next Orientation Meeting that they must attend to be considered for membership.
When applicants are contacted to attend an interview, they are required to provide their most recent tax assessment and three months of current pay stubs. This is to be brought to the interview in a sealed envelope.
All applications will be kept on file for one year. If you wish to be to continue to be considered for membership, you must inform the co-op office in writing.
